2. How do I track my order?

Simply enter your tracking number here >> https://www.tracking.my/ to trace your parcel or drop us a message with your order number. 

3. When will I receive my order?

Upon payment, you will receive your goods within 1-7 working days (inclusive of our processing time and courier delivery time).

4. Are all the products covered by warranty?

All our products have a minimum 2 weeks warranty, giving you enough time to test it out and see if it functions well. Do refer to our Warranty Policy page for more details on what the warranty covers and what it does not cover. 

5. Do you do wholesale trading?

Yes, we do accept wholesale trading with a Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ). Do email us at [email protected] for more info.

6. Can I pay online safely?

Secure ordering. Your security is important to us and we take it very seriously. Every transaction occurs within a safe environment. We do not retain your credit card information after your order is completed; it is submitted directly to our banks. 

7. How to reach us?
