REFUND & RETURN POLICY

1. How long do I have to return an item?

Should the item not have any stated warranty period (please click here to read our Warranty Policy), you may return the product to us within 14 days from the day you received your order.

2. Requirements for a valid return:

Valid reasons include:

  • Item damaged in transit
  • Item stopped functioning / not functioning well
  • Item missing parts / accessories
  • Wrong item / variation sent

3. I have received the incorrect / faulty item!

We’re sorry to hear that you’ve received an incorrect / faulty item. Please contact us and state the order number with details of the issue within 14 days of receiving your order. One of our customer service agents will be more than happy to look into this for you.

4. How do I return?

  • Take photo / video of the product and the accompanying invoice to send to us to verify on our end the return claim.
  • Wrap the item for return back in the box with the invoice and all included accessories + freebies.
  • We will only send you the returnshipping label if the item you received is incorrect.
  • For retail purchases, just bring the proof of purchase and the item in-store and we will ask you for more details there.

5. Where should I return my product to?

Simply return your purchase to the following address. Please note that return fee is not covered by us.

6. How long does it take to process my return?

It can take up to 7 working days from the date we receive your returned parcel. Once we have received it, we will proceed to check the item(s).

7. How can I track the status of my return?

You may track via the website of the courier company you used to send back the item to us. Likewise, we will update you via mobile / email once we receive the parcel.
