Received faulty product? Get in touch with us! Depending on the product, we provide 1 to 12 months warranty period from the date of the invoice issued. We do our best at HAG Store to ensure you get only the best quality products. Please do keep in mind to send us a proof of purchase to be entitled to the warranty.

1. Received incorrect / faulty item?

  • We sincerely apologise for the poor delivery service. If the item your received is found to be defective and covered under warranty it will be repaired or replaced at no charge.
  • Please contact us and state the order number with the details of the issue you face within 14 days of receiving your order and one of our customer service agents will be more than happy to assist and will revert back to you as soon as possible.

2. What are the steps to return a product?

  • Please contact us and send us proof of purchase (receipt, order number, tax invoice, etc) and bank details if original payment is made via iPay88
  • Re-pack your item(s) in the original packaging, or in a secure, waterproof package with labels and tags still attached.
  • Return your package via Pos Laju, and keep the receipt for reference.

3. Where should I return my product to?

  • All returns should be sent to the following address:

  • Please note that returns are made at your own cost, HAG will bear the cost of shipping fee for returning the fixed product to customer.

4. How long does it take to process my return?

  • It takes about 3 to 7 working days for us to process your warranty upon receiving your returned parcel.
  • Upon receiving the returned parcel, we proceed with checking the product.
  • We will inform you via SMS / WhatsApp as soon as your parcel arrives back to us. The next step will be to check if the defect can be fixed. If not, we will send you a new unit.
  • Should a refund be required, we will issue accordingly

Warranty Policy

1. Warranty does not cover damage resulting from unauthorized disassembly, repair, alteration or modification, misuse, abuse, spillage of food or beverage on the product and any other accidental human error.
2. Product to be exchanged must be clean and has not been exposed to the weather (rain / sun).
3. Waterproof gadgets due to water damage is not covered by warranty.
4. Warranty is considered void if warranty seal is broken.
5. If after diagnosis and turns out the item is not faulty, we will return the unit to you. Shipping fee to be bear by customer.
