Received a faulty product? Get in touch with us! Depending on the product, we provide a 1 to 12 months warranty period from the date of the invoice issued. We do our best at HAG Store to ensure you get only the best quality products. Please do send us a proof of purchase (receipt/warranty card) for verification purposes to be entitled to the warranty.

    1. Received incorrect / faulty item?
        • We sincerely apologise for the poor delivery service. If the item you received is defective and covered under warranty, it will be repaired or replaced at no charge.
        • Please contact us and state the order number with the details of the issue you face within 14 days of receiving your order and one of our customer service agents will be more than happy to assist and will revert to you as soon as possible.
    2. How to return a product?
        • Please contact us and send us proof of purchase (receipt, order number, tax invoice, etc) and bank details if the original payment is made via bank transfer.
        • Re-pack your item(s) in the original packaging or a secure, waterproof package with all labels and tags still attached.
        • Return your package via Pos Laju and keep the receipt for reference, or alternatively, drop it off at our office.
    3. Where should I return my product to?
        • All returns should be sent to the following address:

        • Please note that returns are made at your own cost. HAG Store will bear the cost of shipping for returning the fixed product to the customer.
    4. How long does it take to process my return?
        • It takes about 3 to 7 working days for us to process your warranty upon receiving your returned parcel.
        • Upon receiving the returned parcel, we will inform you via mobile before checking the product.
        • Next, we will check if the defect can be fixed. Once done, we will reach out to you again.
        • If the product is unable to be fixed, a replacement unit or a refund is given.
    5. How can I track the status of my return?
        • We will send you the tracking number via mobile.


  1. Warranty does not cover damage resulting from unauthorized disassembly, repair, alteration or modification, misuse, abuse, spillage of food or beverage on the product and any other accidental human error.
  2. The product to be exchanged must be clean and not exposed to the weather (rain/sun).
  3. Waterproof gadgets damaged due to other nature related damages are not covered by warranty.
  4. Warranty is considered void if the warranty seal is broken.
  5. Should we find the item not faulty after diagnosis, we will return the unit to you. The shipping fee will be covered by the customer.
